What are your hours of operation?
Our opening hours are between 6am and 6pm, 7 days a week. Our office hours are from Monday to Friday: 9am to 5pm (by appointment between 12:30pm – 3:30pm), and Saturday: 9am-12pm.
How easy is it to access my items?
We aim to make accessing your items as easy as possible, with opening hours 7 days a week from 6am to 6pm. Our facility is centrally located at 18 Roseby Rd, Caboolture – just off the Bruce Highway and Bribie Island interchange. Most of our units are on the ground and are easily accessed using your unique safety code.
How secure are your storage units?
At Caboolture & Bribie Island Self Storage we take safety and security very seriously. All of our units are secured with 24/7 monitoring, fencing and floodlighting, registered patrols and on-site resident manager.
For unforeseen circumstances, we do offer self storage insurance for added peace of mind. This covers water damage, fire damage and forcible entry. As we live on site if we detect any damage after a storm we will contact you immediately to come and check your goods in their storage unit.
We’re here to assist you when needed to solve any issues that may occur during these events.
What storage options do you offer?
We have a variety of options to suit your needs, from outdoor and indoor spaces, to lockers and sheds ranging from 1 x 1 metres to 3 x 6 metres.
Are my items insured?
We have various insurance options that we can offer to best suit your needs.
What’s the shortest amount of time I can store my items?
We offer a range of storage solutions from short to long-term. For your convenience, our shortest storage option period begins at 1 day. One weeks rent is payable upon booking, however, once the unit has been vacated you will receive a refund for the balance. This is particularly useful if you are in between house moves.
If I store long-term, do I get a discount rate?
All pricing is reflective of the length of time and size of units require. Longer-term storage periods are generally more cost-effective over time. To obtain a quote, simply contact us on 07 5498 3322.
How does billing work?
We offer flexible billing options best suited to your needs, including weekly, fortnightly, or monthly payment options. All we require is a credit or debit card to set up an automated billing plan.
What happens if I run out of space?
If you run out of space, we can either help you move your items into a larger storage unit, or you can rent additional space.
Do you sell boxes and tape?
We offer a range of boxes and packing materials that make moving your things in and out of storage very easy. Our facility is designed for ease of access, so you can drive your vehicle close to your unit. Our on-site manager is happy to assist during office hours.
What types of items can I store?
Our storage facility can accommodate a range of items, from household appliances, furnishings, antiques, clothing, toys, office appliances, gardening equipment, holiday home belongings, camping equipment, vehicles, boats, campervans and more.
